If you have a faithful companion to work out with daily, you are guaranteed to get some exercise every day. Dogs have to be walked every day, and that way have no excuses not to get out for a little walk every day!
Walk off your weight. Time based walks are fun and easy. Pick a manageable amount – say 20 to 30 minutes – and just go at a comfortable pace. Over time you will burn more calories with regular walks than a single marathon session.
