Slightly adapted from Gerri aka FluffyMoGirl from Less of Me Medifast Journey

18 oz boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts (2 Lean)
1/4 cup reduced fat Parmesan Cheese; grated (4 Condiments)
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (1/2 Condiment)
1/4 teaspoon Paprika (1/2 Condiment)
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt or 1/8 tsp Salt and 1/8 tsp Garlic powder (1 Condiment)
2 teaspoons Olive Oil or 2 tbsp Light Butter (2 Healthy Fats)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. I like to pound my chicken breasts thin and then I cut them lengthwise in half. In a bowl, combine parmesan, Italian seasonings, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Line shallow baking pan with foil. Toss the oil or butter with chicken, coating evenly. Then dredge the chicken in cheese mixture. I put the cheese mixture in a Ziploc bag and then added the chicken. Shake, shake, shake. Spread on prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.

2 Servings with 1 Lean, 3 Condiments and 1 Healthy Fat per serving
